WHAT IS IT?

Coaching and individualized programming should not just be for those with the time and money to dedicate to an in-person trainer. If your lifestyle works better with an independent style of training, but you’d still like the attention and customization of a personal trainer, online training might be for you.

My goal is to make you feel confident on your own in the gym, with your day to day life, and with your body.

Our steps are these:

1) Assess. Once you fill out the application form, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours. If you are a good fit for the program, you will be sent directions for a video movement assessment and screening in order to assess for strength, stability, flexibility and mobility strengths and needs. You will also get a Skype or phone consultation with me and several lifestyle and habit questionnaires in order to make sure we address your goals and tailor the perfect program to you and your current lifestyle.

2) Get Your Program. Using our personalized Adler.Fit App, your program will be sent to you with everything you need to complete your workouts. This is a strength, mobility and conditioning plan to follow that will take you towards your goals, as long as you are willing to work with it. Accountability checks and nudges are part of the program, but one of my goals is to help bring out your most inspired “why” and get you rolling with momentum!

3) Track. You will log workouts, movement, and other habits that we have identified together so we can track and adapt in real time. We can also measure your nutrition, sleep, and emotional states as part of a holistic training experience. You’re a complete person, and you deserve a coach who sees you completely!

4) Connect With Your Coach. Using scheduled Skype check ins, daily logs, and e-communication, we will keep track of your progress and make sure you’re moving safely towards your goals with the independence and flexibility you need to create or boost a healthy physical routine in your life.

5) Celebrate your strength. You’re doing it!
